Miyama Porcelain Yumi is an experienced recreation facility built in "Satsuma-yaki no Sato Miyama" in Hioki, Kagoshima Prefecture. Currently, we are experiencing pottery experience to 4000 customers a year. In addition, we are also selling merchandise of modern Satsuma Co., Ltd. which runs the hotel, exhibition and sale of works made in pottery and workshops dotted in Miyama.

You can experience braiding at one of the few braiding classes in Fukuoka. Make your own original strap using braided cords, which have been a hot topic in popular anime movies. At "Satsuma Tinware Iwakiri Bikodo", both adults and children can experience making tin plates that are larger than usual (14.5 cm in diameter).
