Children from the third grade of elementary school can experience this! (For elementary school students, cypress wood is recommended, but Yamazakura wood is hard, so in most cases it cannot be shaved at all. カンナを使用するのは初めてだったので、なかなか上手に削ることができませんでした。 でも、慣れていくにつれドンドン削れていくので逆に四方均等に削ることが難しかったのですが、楽しい経験でした。 色々と丁寧に最初から最後まで教えていただき、作成することができました。 木材の切れ端で、ストラップも作成させていただきありがとうございました。 とても嬉しかったし、楽しかったです。 また予約段階の電話でも、丁寧に対応して頂き、何も心配なく工房に向かうことができました。 とても幸せで楽しい時間(体験)でした。 箸が届くのが待ち遠しいです。

そば打ち歴25年という先生に、新設丁寧にそば打ちを教えていただきました。 そばは打ち初めてなこともあり、そば粉をこねるのも、麵の形に切るのも最初は上手にできませんでした。 それでも先生に和やかな笑顔で優しく教えていただけ、最後は何とかそれなりに形に上達(というほどでもないでしょうが)できたと思います。 おかげさまで、楽しみながら初めてのそば打ちを体験をすることができました。 そしてそばを打ち終わったあとがまた良かったんです。 自分で打ったそばを茹でてもらえ、食べることができるんです。 それも、おいしく上がった天ぷら付きで。 茹で上がったそばは、自分が切ったとおり、太いのやら細いのやらが混在してて。 そんなふうに見た目は悪いんですが、自分で打ったという愛着もひとしおのそばを、おいしく揚がったてんぷらと一緒に食べることができました。 そば打ちの先生、受付していただいた女性職員の方、会計のところにおられた男性職員の方、厨房でそばを茹でてくれた女性職員の方、皆さんにすごくよくしていただき、本当に感謝です。 施設の皆さんの対応も本当に暖かく、これを機会に自分でも自宅でそば打ちしてみようかなあ、と本気で考えているほどです。 ありがとうございました。
