Our ancestors were shinobi samurai who started to serve Tokugawa Ieyasu (the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate) in 1582. The clan served the shogunate for 265 years. In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioner and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures . We still handcraft our tools and weapons. Feel free to ask any questions as we have kept our shinobi samurai tradition for over 450 years.Our ancestors trained locals and their servants to be shinobi.(Ninja is a new word used in movies. Shinobi is the word which was commonly used in the feudal times,)The term "shinobi samurai" is not well-known, but you can be one of the few who knows the history and shinobi philosophy and mindsets. The shinobi samurai trained ninjas and lead ninjas as their mastermind.You will wear a ninja outfit to learn ninja techniques and learn samurai sword techniques and manners in samurai garb.

Join us in ninja training, and with a certificate of completion, you can become a true ninja master. Begin by donning a ninja costume and learning hand seals used for techniques and their rituals in real-life ninja practices, as well as in the famous "NARUTO" anime and manga. Strengthen your spirit through this immersive experience.Learn to wield weapons like shuriken and Japanese swords, while mastering tactical strategies using various scenarios and obstacles. Strike poses with a sword in hand and feel like you're in a movie, anime, or a different world.Capture these moments through photos and videos to share with everyone on social media! Handmade dishes that can be used to separate side dishes and serve sweets and cakes ♪ You can enjoy home-cooked rice with the bowls you made. You can choose the glaze color from three types: earth ash glaze, celadon glaze, and Kiseto glaze. This is an activity where you can wear a kimono and take photos at great spots in Asakusa. We will take you to not only Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple, but also hidden spots that only photographers know about, making it a perfect place to take photos! The photographer is fluent in English, so feel free to ask any questions you have! The photographer will introduce you to kimono rental shops that can speak foreign languages. You can also eat while you're taking photos! You can eat delicious food that is unique to Asakusa, and we'll take photos of you enjoying eating!

You can experience becoming a SAMURAI at the "Sengoku Warlords EXPO 2025" to be held in Ueno Park from February 21st to 24th, 2025! This annual event in Tokyo aims to ignite the samurai spirit while also educating more people about this important part of Japanese history and culture! There will be a packed schedule, including samurai-themed performances and shows, activity booths where you can experience being a samurai, and stalls selling samurai-related goods and delicious Japanese food.
