You will learn our dojo etiquette, how to walk and stand properly using bokken (wooden sword).At the end of the session, you'll throw boshuriken (our clan's stick-type shuriken)Program1. Opening ceremony & wearing a samurai attire: 10min2. Explanation of tools and weapons: 10min3. How to appreciate and handle a sword: 15min4. Long sword techniques: 20min5. Q & A6. Photo session: 5min
In a short opening ceremony, we invite you to have quiet time and enjoy the demonstration by our instructor.
The attire consists of a dogi (upper wear) and a hakama.
Learn etiquette of samurai how to bow and handle a sword. Hold a sword and learn where to look, how to stand and how to sway and parry.
