Ina City, Nagano Prefecture is the birthplace of Shinshu Soba, and local soba noodle masters teach traditional handmade soba noodles that have been around for a long time. You can enjoy the struck soba on the spot. Please leave it to the soba noodle making master to boil delicious soba noodles and soba noodles! We will teach you how to boil delicious soba that you can enjoy at home. Shinshu soba craftsmen will teach you authentic handmade soba noodles made from buckwheat flour. Japanese dance experience for foreign visitors to Japan Let's dance Japanese dance wearing a yukata! Japanese dance became a national intangible cultural asset in July 2023. Wearing a yukata, you will learn how to stand and sit, how to bow, how to use a fan, and dance to the famous Japanese song Sakura Sakura. Take a commemorative photo at the end of the experience! 3 minutes walk from JR Omori Station, Tokyo①A calligraphy experience class will be held in the grounds of Omori Sanno Hie Shrine. In an ancient Japanese-style room, you can write kanji and kana using real brushes, Japanese paper, ink, and inkstones. All tools will be provided here, so please come empty-handed. You can take home the work you have written (if you wish, we will provide a frame and a seal). The instructor is a Bunka Calligraphy Higher Master and also teaches at several calligraphy classes in Tokyo. ②On the second floor of the same building, we hold lessons for the Iwama-ryu Aikido class, and if the time is right, you can also observe and experience it.
