Gathering Please come after changing clothes and using the restroom ♪ 2. Briefing We will have a brief meeting to introduce ourselves, discuss the field conditions on the day, and our physical condition. 3. Safety explanation We will explain the course, etc. 4. Tour starts. We enter the mountain from the back of Mirokuji temple, and enjoy a talk on how to walk in the mountains and nature commentary. After about 40 minutes of climbing with breaks in between, we arrive at a large rock called "Oshodai"♪ If you have enough energy, you can play at Oshodai for about 30 minutes. After another 1.5 hours of leisurely climbing, we reach the summit. At the summit, you can enjoy lunch while admiring the beautiful nature! On the way back, we play on the rocks and fallen trees and walk for about 1.5 hours along the same path we came up. 5. After-talk/disbandment We check for injuries, show you photos taken during the tour, introduce other tours, and then disband.
