We start by splitting real bamboo and making a platform for nagashi somen! We harvest the vegetables to be cooked in the pesticide-free vegetable field and cook them together. The menu is vegetarian (vegan). Enjoy freshly picked seasonal vegetables. Nagashi somen is an experience where you neatly assemble split bamboo and eat the noodles that flow under water. The nagashi somen platform made from real bamboo is very beautiful, fun and a wonderful experience. After the meal, you can also try your hand at bamboo crafts if you wish.

This blacksmithing experience with Taro-san was one of the highlights of my trip. Taro-san was a very kind and knowledgeable teacher, and I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you for teaching us the Japanese way of blacksmithing! I look forward for any new classes you host in the future.

You can learn how sake is made and how it differs from wine. There is a wide variety of sake, from dry to sweet, and tasting it will broaden your knowledge of sake. Some of the sake is rare and cannot be bought at regular stores. You can also enjoy food that suits your tastes! Let's taste it along with a lecture on sake! *Vegan options available *Minimum number of participants: 2 people Since we started our Japanese food cooking experience tour in 2018 (excluding the COVID-19 period), over 500 foreign tourists have enjoyed it.
