It is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) experience tour that can be enjoyed freely by infants and adults at the small natural lake "Matsubara Lake" at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Nagano Prefecture. Speaking of outdoor sports that can be enjoyed by family and friends ... !! SUP is the best! In the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd outdoors, there are plenty of rental tools for everyone to enjoy! There is also free time! You can make the best memories using SUP! Dogs are also welcome! It is the only school in Nagano prefecture that is officially recognized by SIJ (Japan SUP Leaders Association). ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Fill in the reception agreement and settle at the site. Changing clothes and renting rental equipment in the changing room (required time: 15 to 30 minutes) ② Guide introduction, preparatory exercise, etc. After changing clothes, pre-training on land for preparatory exercise and paddle (rowing tools) (required time: 15 minutes) ③ First half of the lake : Let's paddle to the lake! In the first half of the lake, we will teach you how to ride, row and play SUP. (Time required: 50 minutes) * There is a break time of about 10 minutes after the end of the first half. ④ Free time Second half of the lake: Sumo, connected SUP, tail turn, water gun firing with friends! Let's enjoy freely on SUP! (Time required: 50 minutes) ⑤ End of experience Return the rental equipment. Change your clothes in the changing room and warm yourself up at the one-day hot spring (Yahho-no-Yu: discount ticket distribution) near the end!

This is for reservations only for fishing rowboats and foot turbo boats. Reservations for purposes other than fishing are not accepted. For non-fishing use, reservations will be accepted on the day at the facility. Opening period Lake Aoki will open as soon as the snowfall has subsided and boats can be taken out of the boathouse. Until November snowfall. Lake Nakatsuna: April 25th to October 25th. Until April 25th, operations may be suspended without notice depending on snowfall. A fishing permit issued by the Lake Aoki Fisheries Association is required. The 2024 rates are 1,000 yen for a one-day pass and 4,000 yen for a one-year pass (valid from April 1st to March 31st). This year, there has been a lot of snowfall, and water has come out between the snow and ice. The temperature is expected to rise in the next few days, so the ice will melt due to the water, and the ice strength will not be maintained. You can look forward to boat fishing for smelts at Lake Nakatsuna in the green season. The green season Aoki Lake/Lake Nakatsuna smelt boat fishing, tempura, and day camp includes a tempura set rental, so it is a recommended plan for those who want to enjoy smelt fishing and tempura casually! The opening of the winter fishing season for smelt holes at Lake Nakatsuna depends on the weather and smelt resources. It was not lifted in 2025, 2024, or 2023. It was lifted in 2022, but not in 2021. This area is a cold region with a lot of snowfall. When there is a lot of snowfall, the snow acts as a cold protection and true ice does not form. Snow and ice form, but they cannot support the weight of a person. The hours for hole fishing at Lake Nakatsuna are 7:00-16:00 (2026 dates are yet to be determined). There are two sets available: Winter Lake Nakatsuna Smelt Hole Fishing Set + Tempura Set Rental and Winter Lake Nakatsuna Smelt Hole Fishing Set. Snow trout is a freshwater fish of the salmon family. It is a pond fish native to North America and Europe north of 50 degrees north latitude. Adult fish can be eaten as sashimi, and small fish can be fried. It has a light and mild taste. A sashimi set rental is included, so this plan is recommended for those who want to enjoy snow trout fishing and sashimi casually! Snow trout are difficult to catch.
