During this experience, you will receive a lecture on Japanese swords, learn kata (cutting techniques), practice sparring, test-fire a bow and arrow, and try slashing with a mock sword. During the test-slash, you will slash multiple targets while moving with the mock sword. Slashing while moving is extremely difficult. Please experience the difficulty for yourself! Your instructor will be Yoshioki Sumida, assistant instructor of the All Japan Toyama-ryu Iaido Federation. With over 27 years of experience, he has taught at overseas branches in the United States, Europe, and Hong Kong. He is one of the very few instructors in the world who has deeply mastered and continues to pass on both kenjutsu and yabusame. Iai will teach you how to handle the sword, gekken will teach you distance from your opponent and attack/defense, and drawing the sword will teach you how to hold the blade. ~Schedule: Time may vary depending on the number of participants~ ① Demonstration (3 minutes) ② Lecture on swords (20 minutes) ③ Changing into training clothes (10 minutes) ④ Iai lesson (20 minutes) ⑤ Kendo lesson (20 minutes) ⑥ Archery lesson (20 minutes) ⑦ Sword test (20 minutes) ⑧ Certificate of Inka (5 minutes) ⑨ Changing into casual clothes (10 minutes)

Anyone can try karting safely at the authentic circuit in Mobara, which is easily accessible in 45 minutes from Tokyo Station. Enjoy driving a kart with a simple structure, and feel the speed at a low line of sight as if you are crawling along the ground. Experience the charm of karting, which is different from driving a normal car or a go-kart. We have a wide range of options available at an authentic circuit, from single-seater and double-seater to full-scale machines for experienced drivers. [Notes (please be sure to check)] ① You cannot ride if you are wearing short sleeves or other clothing that exposes your skin. (Please bring long sleeves and long pants.) * Jackets and pants are available for free rental. ② Sandals, etc. cannot be worn. Let's wear a yukata and experience authentic Japanese traditional dance in Asakusa, a district of Tokyo which is the hub of arts!​ ​​ ​ Yoko Namishima - a teacher with over 30 years of experience gives instructions with joy and great attention to each learner.​ ​ In case of 2 or more participants, she performs a nihonbuyo-dance after the lesson! We are delighted to have everyone from beginners to even those who find hard to wear yukata! Feel free to join us!​ ​ 【Namishima Yoko Nihon Buyo Class】 ・You can learn about the spirit of harmony and hospitality through the nihonbuyo-dance. ・By easy-to-understand instructions you can learn dancing with an easy mind. ・Lesson held in a perfect environment: a 3-minute walk from the main station and Asakusa district which is the hub of arts. ・Professional instructions are provided by Namishima teacher from traditional and contemporary dances to yukata dressing.​ ​ Japanese traditional dance "nihon-buyo" is a part of "kabuki" called "shosa-mono" which means movement.​ ​ Yoko Namishima left Nihon-buyo school and created her own stage performance,​ ​ and became a representative of「Shin-buyo」which is a new style of dancing. Her concept is to promote the Japanese spirit of harmony and hospitality through the dance and she is involved as an instructor of dancing, sword battling and kimono dressing in performances held all over the country and across the world .
