Start with paddling practice. ┗We will give you a thorough lecture on how to hold, row, and turn the paddle! ┗We will also teach you how to ride a kayak and what to watch out for! ┗You can rest assured as you will be led by a guide who is a certified water rescuer! ■Tour procedure (duration: about 2 hours) 1. Meet and check in 2. Learn about the creatures and nature of the Hisa River in the exhibition room 3. Prepare your equipment (life jackets, etc.) 4. Paddle practice on land (beginners are welcome!) 5. Kayak tour (about 70 minutes / commemorative photo included) 6. End of tour / hand over photo data 7. Change of clothes / make sure you have not forgotten anything ■Clothing - Wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet and are easy to move in (T-shirt, shorts, etc.) ■Things to bring - Change of clothes - Towel
