My family of 4 went snow shoeing, it can be up to 5 people. Mr. Ikki is very accommodating and was there early at the hiking spot, he also offers to pick you up but my family decided to meet up at the location. He was super polite and friendly, we snow shoed for 2 hours, up a small mountain/forest. He was very knowledgeable about paths and the time of year, the tree types and types of snow. Being very friendly and lively my family had a great time! He even brought hot chocolate and coffee for us to have at a break which was heart warming. Overall one of the best experiences, highly recommend
