Our shop has adopted a small group tour system where one guide is in charge of a maximum of three guests. The reason for this is that if there are too many guests per guide, the time that can be allotted to each guest will be short, which we believe can ultimately lead to accidents, so we have a small group system. Furthermore, for guests with children in the lower grades of elementary school or younger, we have two guides escort them to ensure that safety is our number one priority. |
