家族旅行で野尻湖に行きましたが、カヤックには私の子供二人で初挑戦し、高校二年生の娘と中一の息子とそれぞれ一人乗りにしましたが、天候も良く、インストラクターの先生もとても親切に教えて下さり、最初は2時間はちょっと長いのではと心配していましたが、あっという間に終わりました。ファミリーやカップルにはお勧めです。日常のストレス解消にはとても良いと思います。
