Selling points regarding safety
At Marine Shop Ikareta Yatsura, safety is our number one priority, ensuring that our customers can enjoy marine activities with peace of mind. Before each experience, our staff will provide a safety briefing, and all participants must wear a life jacket. During the experience, our instructors and staff will constantly monitor their surroundings and provide support while keeping an eye on the customer. We also constantly check the weather and sea conditions, and if we determine that there is even the slightest danger, we will not proceed with the activity, but will cancel or modify the content. In case of an accident, we have various insurance policies in place, allowing you to participate with peace of mind. We strive to create an environment where even those experiencing marine activities for the first time or those with children can participate with peace of mind.
