Enjoy the soothing shade of the trees and the relaxing space where you can fully experience nature, doubling your comfort and getting in shape. In this wonderful, open-air location, you can feel the nature, the earth, and Lake Biwa, and let the fresh air soak into your body with your teacher.
Enjoy SUP and yoga every weekend in a "convenient" and "empty-handed" style at Sunshine Beach, which is easily accessible! Beginners are welcome to try this yoga experience once a day at the spacious park at Sunshine Beach, which is easily accessible, has a great view, and has beautiful facilities.
