Plan description

Join a local chef to create traditional dishes from the Noshiro area of Akita Prefecture. The dishes are three representative dishes of the region: damakomochi, mugimaki, and natazuke. Master chef Shigeko-san will show you how to make each dish, and then everyone will eat to their heart's content. Even beginners can enjoy cooking with confidence, cutting vegetables, mashing rice, and rolling damakomochi.
