[Kagoshima/Amami Oshima] Beginners welcome! Wingfoil experience program (2 hours)

Control the wind and glide across the ocean! Experience the innovative marine sport of "Wingfoiling" amid the breathtaking scenery of Amami! Wingfoiling is a unique marine sport in which you use the power of a large, handheld kite-like "wing" to lift a hydrofoil attached to a board, allowing you to glide while floating on the water. No prior experience with surfing or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is necessary! Our experienced instructors will provide thorough instruction so even beginners can get started with confidence. Experience the exhilaration of controlling the wind and freely gliding across the ocean in the beautiful waters of Amami. Schedule (Day of the Event) ① Meeting and Check-in: Arrive at the designated meeting point at Maze Amami and complete check-in. ② Land Lecture: Practice on land on how to use the equipment, receive a safety briefing, and learn basic wing operation. ③ Sea Practice: Head out onto the water and begin practicing board operation and riding the wind. ④ Wingfoil experience: Once you get used to it, try the feeling of floating on the water with a hydrofoil! ⑤ End and dismissal: After the experience is over, you will change clothes, receive your photo data, and then dismiss.

This is a hands-on program for the latest marine sport, "Wingfoil," which can be enjoyed even without prior surfing or SUP experience.
