Experience making ramen at a halal restaurant. We will teach you everything from making the soup stock. The ramen you make from scratch is exceptionally delicious.

Ramen soup is made from dashi stock.

We will carefully teach you about which chicken bones to use, how to make a delicious broth, and whether you can make it at home.
