"How you interact with alcohol and how you interact with people are similar" is a saying I'm not sure if there is or wasn't. However, having worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and having had the opportunity to drink at many different places, I think there is some truth to it. When drinking in Fukuoka, you often get the feeling that the atmosphere is one of wanting visitors from outside to enjoy some delicious food and drink and go home happy! Perhaps that's why you often come across lively and fun atmospheres, not only at food stalls and corner bars, but also at authentic bars and wine bars that are generally considered a little intimidating. I also think there is some truth to the saying that "when you get down to it, talking about alcohol becomes a discussion about culture." (In this plan, a female guide with experience in the food and beverage industry will consult with you on the day and choose from recommended restaurants (udon izakaya, authentic bar, local sake bar, natural wine bar, food stall) that are open that day in Fukuoka City. We will have a fun and friendly time together at a restaurant selected from these. It may be easier to understand if you think of it as renting out a different restaurant each time and serving customers.) ☆ Currently, we are running a plan called "Experience an udon izakaya recommended by your guide! If you wish, you can also experience palm reading counseling for a limited time!" We will choose from recommended restaurants in Fukuoka City (udon izakayas, authentic bars, wine bars, food stalls, corner bars, etc.) in consultation with you on the day, and together with a guide with restaurant experience, we will hold a drinking party where you can experience Fukuoka's drinking culture.
