A cycling tour in Oku-Nikko, on top of Nikko Irohazaka. We pass through forest roads that are off-limits to general vehicles and head for the beach of Lake Chuzenji, the highest lake in Japan. This tour takes you around rich nature, including one of Japan's leading wetlands, Odashirogahara. Drink service is included. The guide will talk about history and local stories, so you can have a fun time experiencing the charm of Nikko. Thanks to the comfortable E-bike (electrically assisted bicycle), it's easy to go up the slopes. You can enjoy the scenery at your own pace.
Even if you are not confident in your physical strength, you can cycle at your own pace while enjoying the scenery by using an E-Bike (electrically assisted bicycle).
Your guide will give you a thorough lesson on how to ride and operate the E-Bike before you go cycling, so even beginners can enjoy cycling with peace of mind.

Time schedule
Meeting / reception Please come dressed for cycling. Please refrain from wearing skirts or wide-legged trousers. We will be handling the reception for cycling tours and rental bicycles.
Preparation/Departure We will explain how to operate the E-bike (electrically assisted bicycle), hand signals, and the course. After practicing riding the bicycle, we will finally start cycling!
Return Once you've enjoyed your bike ride, you'll return to the starting point.
Dissolution The tour ends after you return the rental bicycle.

Pick-up available by car from the area around Tobu Nikko Station in front of Akanuma Nature Information Center (number of people limited)
From the Tohoku Expressway "Utsunomiya IC", enter the Nikko Utsunomiya Road, go via Kiyotaki IC and Irohazaka. There is a parking lot (paid, *The parking fee changes at 4:00 AM. Please note that if you park beyond 4:00 AM, you will be charged for two days.)
Take the express train from Tobu Asakusa Station or JR Shinjuku Station to Tobu Nikko Station, or get off at JR Nikko Station. Transfer to the Tobu bus bound for Yumoto Onsen and get off at Akanuma, then walk for 3 minutes.
