We will guide you through the icefall and the ice temple in the unexplored area of Nikko, Unryu Gorge. Unryu Gorge has a short sunshine time, and the ice shaping beauty created by the valley, such as the ice wall of width 100m more and the icicle of height 20m more, is very dynamic and no doubt everyone will be impressed! !

Free transfer from around Nikko Station to the trailhead!

The staff will pick you up from Nikko Station to the trailhead by wagon, so even those who are uneasy about driving on trains or snowy roads can participate with confidence.

After entering the valley (the latter half of the course), there is no road because you walk along the river instead of the mountain trail. Q. Hello, I am interested in the Unryu Keikoku ice trek but have never done this before. We are a group of three and thinking to do in during the New Year’s period. Would it be ok for us to try this? We are people of normal fitness levels. Thank you for answering my questions :)

We have heard that you would like to participate in the Unryu Valley trekking tour during the year-end and New Year holidays, but unfortunately, the tour starts around the 20th of January, so we are unable to accept reservations for the year-end and New Year holidays.
