"Shishnik and Sausage" is a food experience spot in the castle town of Tanba Sasayama. We offer an experience course that you can easily participate in for about an hour between sightseeing. Mincing the meat and stuffing it into the sausage machine is a fun task that both adults and children will be fascinated by! After stuffing it into sausage, boil it and eat it hot on the spot. You will be surprised by the juicy and delicious taste. Rediscover the unique charm of Tanba Sasayama while eating your way through the shopping district.
