"Shishnik and Sausage" is a food experience spot in the castle town of Tanba Sasayama. We offer an experience course that you can easily participate in for about an hour between sightseeing. Mincing the meat and stuffing it into the sausage machine is a fun task that both adults and children will be fascinated by! After stuffing it into sausage, boil it and eat it hot on the spot. Selling points regarding safety

Children must be accompanied by an adult during the experience. We use a safe induction stove, not a gas stove, to boil and grill sausages. The experience area is equipped with only the bare necessities. We take great care to ensure safety, so please feel free to participate.
