There are few river activities that allow you to easily tackle the rapids of the Nagara River. With a Ducky, your line of sight is lower and you are closer to the river, so you can feel the power of the waves even more than with rafting! We will provide a friendly and thorough lecture, so even beginners can try river rafting with confidence.
You will take on the challenge of rafting on the Nagara River, a popular river rapids course, by maneuvering your own boat. You will be thoroughly trained in the basic operations, and the tour will be conducted with a guide who will ensure your safety, so you can participate with peace of mind.
The Nagara River has a repeat of rapids and gentle "toro" areas. After enjoying the rapids challenge, you can relax on the boat at the toro area. Since you will be wearing a wetsuit, you can also jump into the Nagara River and enjoy the floating experience.
We will take photos of your Ducky tour and give you the data for free. You can look back on your fun memories with Ducky even after the tour.

Tea time by the river After a good practice, we'll have tea time to regain our energy and prepare for the river boat ride that follows.
Share the fun with your friends Ducky is a two-seater boat. Work together with your partner to overcome rapids and share the sense of accomplishment.

Time schedule
Miyama Limestone Caves Collection Meet at Miyama Cave! Check-in will be done in a special vehicle for trippers. Change clothes in the changing room. Travel to Nagara River in a special vehicle.
Listen to the safety talk Once we arrive at the Nagara River we will have a safety briefing.
First, let's learn the basics Experience how to paddle. The basic operation is to go straight. Then practice turning left and right. If you can cross the river well, you can try paddling downriver.
It's time to try river rafting Once you have mastered the boat to a certain extent, it's time for the real thing. Let's start downrivering the Nagara River.

Rough sea challenge. The boat is covered by the waves. Put your practice to good use and take on the rapids. Falling into the water and capsizing are major factors in this tour. For this reason, your guide will be ready to rescue you at any time, so you can experience the experience with peace of mind.
Diving challenge in Nagara River We will be taking on the challenge of diving off a rock towering over the crystal clear Nagara River. Gather up your courage and aim to complete the mission. *Only for those who wish to do so!
