★★Private outdoor SUP experience for one group only★★※※Free boarding for pet dogs※※Lake SUP cruising experience held at a lake in the mountains of Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture. You can leisurely cruise around the lakeside while floating your SUP on the calm water. The lake is surrounded by nature surrounded by rich forests. The lake is less affected by wind, waves, and water currents, so you can experience SUP in stable conditions, so beginners and small children in elementary school can participate with peace of mind. Pets (dogs) are also allowed (free of charge). The guide will give a lecture on how to operate the SUP boat, so anyone can easily learn how to operate it. Basically, each person is free to cruise around the lakeside, and depending on the situation, the guide will guide you through nature, how to play, and you can even try a simple SUP yoga experience. You can play actively or just lie down on the boat and be rocked on the lake surface, and spend your SUP time in your own way.
Lake SUP (stand-up paddle) cruising, held on the lakeside in the mountains of Gifu Prefecture, is the perfect outdoor experience to enjoy nature at your leisure. The best part is that it is reserved exclusively for one group. You can enjoy the SUP experience without any worries with just your close friends.
Your guide will give you a lesson on how to paddle. It's relatively easy to operate, so you can immediately depart for a lakeside cruise. If you operate the paddle while standing, you'll have an excellent view and be able to feel the pleasant river breeze. If you're nervous, you can steer the boat while sitting on the SUP. You can also just lie down on the SUP and experience nature! Since it uses a lake, it is less affected by wind, waves, and water currents, so even beginners can participate with confidence.
You can share the fun of outdoor experiences with your beloved dog. It is an activity in the great outdoors, away from human contact. On a private tour, you can let your dog play without worrying about other people.

Tandem SUP Challenge Maximum difficulty level: SUP boarding with multiple people. First, try it with two people.
Onboard tea time Drinks and snacks are provided. Tea time on a SUP boat has a great atmosphere!
Playing in the water is also good. On a warm day, why not try diving into the lake? The cold water feels great!
Time schedule
Miyama Limestone Caves Collection Meet at Miyama Cave! Check-in will be done in a special vehicle for trippers. Change clothes in the changing room. Travel to Onitani Lake by special vehicle.
Listen to the safety talk Before the tour starts, you will warm up on land and then practice using the SUP board and paddle. The instructor will give you a detailed explanation that is easy to understand even for beginners.
Let's try riding a SUP With the support of the instructor, you'll board and set off! First, sit on the board and paddle forward!
Let's stand up on a SUP Once you've mastered your balance, try standing up and paddling.
Try playing with a SUP The appeal is that you can enjoy the tour at your own pace. If you tell the instructor what you want, such as "I want to try SUP yoga!" or "I want to play in the water!", they will arrange the tour content for you.
SUP experience with your dog If you have a life jacket specifically for dogs, you can even SUP with your dog.
Children are geniuses at play Participation is open to first graders and above! A large group of people get into a SUP and play a survival game to see who can survive! In the cold season, participants wear wetsuits that are highly insulating and buoyant, so even if they fall into the water, it's no big deal.
Onboard tea time During the tour, the instructor will check on the participants and take a break on the SUP board. Take a break and relax with a hot or cold drink that matches the season.
SUP tour ends When you return to the starting point, the tour ends. You will travel to the meeting point in a special vehicle. You will then change clothes and disband. Thank you for your hard work.
