At this quaint sake brewery, founded in 1804 (the first year of the Bunka era, during the Edo period), you can learn about the sake culture of Joetsu and the differences in taste between modern and past varieties and brewing methods, and enjoy the rich sake culture of Joetsu. ・Sample sake made using different methods ・Sample and select your favorite from the various bottles provided by the brewery ・Create an original label on Japanese paper with a brush, etc., and take home a one-of-a-kind bottle Experience plan (approx. 1 hour) ‣ Brewery tour ‣ Tasting ‣ Shopping
