≪お抹茶＆練り切り作り、2つの素敵な体験≫
〈1〉自分だけのオリジナル練り切りを作ります。
〈2〉自分でお抹茶を点てて、作り立てのお菓子と共に召し上がっていただきます。

練り切りは上生菓子の一つです。カラフルな餡を使って、季節の花やくだものなどを形作っていただきます。
配色やバランスの取り方はセンスの見せ所。
使用するのは京都の老舗屋さんの餡子で、本格的なお菓子が出来上がります。
その後、抹茶を点てていただきますが、上品な餡子の甘さは抹茶との相性ピッタリです。

庵anでお茶に触れて、日本文化を楽しんでください！

京都の老舗のあんこ屋さんのあんこを使用します。

季節に合わせて２種類の和菓子を作っていただきます。

出来上がった和菓子を自分で点てたお抹茶と共に召し上がっていただくことができます。
