Beginners welcome

In the one-day introductory dive course, you will first practice in shallow waters so that you can better understand the appeal of diving. You will receive a step-by-step lecture on how to breathe and clear your ears, as well as how to spend time and move underwater. On the second dive, you can experience a world of up to 12 meters deep, with sea turtles and various fish. If you're lucky, you might even see a manta ray. You'll be captivated by the underwater world!

1st Dive

Even beginners can feel at ease. Our experienced instructors will give you a thorough lecture on everything from how to breathe underwater to how to use the equipment and how to deal with underwater problems. The water depth is about 6m, and we will choose a calm spot. The first task is for you to get used to the water, so we will proceed slowly and without rushing. If we have time, we will guide you through the underwater world while taking commemorative photos underwater and introducing the creatures.

briefing

How to breathe When breathing in diving, focus on exhaling rather than inhaling. If you are scared, in pain, or in a situation where you can't balance, exhaling will help you get rid of it. When a person panics, they fall into a mental state where they have to breathe. In other words, they forget to exhale, which makes them feel even more uncomfortable. Mastering how to breathe in diving will double the fun of the underwater world. First, actually practice by holding the mouthpiece in your mouth and putting your face on the water surface and breathing several times. At first, you will feel short of breath, but you will gradually get used to it and it will become easier. Keep your face on the water surface and continue breathing until you can breathe calmly. Equalizing your ears (pressure equalization) When you descend underwater, the change in air and water pressure will cause symptoms that cause pain inside your ears. At that time, you can relieve the pain by performing pressure equalization. To do this, pinch your nose, close your mouth, and slowly breathe in through your nose. Then, the pain will disappear along with the feeling of being pushed out from the inside of your ears. Be careful not to do it forcefully.
