Day 2: 7:50 AM | Skill review and compass practice on land. This course will teach you the basic knowledge and practical skills you need as a diver in a way that is easy to understand, even for beginners. We aim to ensure that no questions are left unanswered, whether through classroom instruction, confined waters, or ocean practice. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, no matter how small — we will support you until the very end.

Small classes are taught with individual follow-up instructors who work according to each student's level of proficiency. This is an environment where you can ask questions without worrying about others. Establish your knowledge through a flow of lecture → practical training → repetition. First, understand "why we do things the way we do them" on land, then try them out in confined waters. Confirm and apply your knowledge in marine training. Deepen your understanding through visual and practical explanations with a combination of illustrations, demonstrations, and hands-on demonstrations, so you can easily understand content that is difficult to understand through words alone. Questions are welcome and can be resolved on the spot. "Not understanding" is an opportunity for growth. Any questions will be answered carefully on the spot.

Lectures (on land): Basic principles of diving (buoyancy, breathing, ear clearing, etc.), safety rules and emergency procedures, equipment names and usage, basic knowledge of equipment trouble, confined waters (practical training in shallow waters): basic skills such as mask clearing and regulator recovery, how to maintain neutral buoyancy (hovering), communication practice with a buddy, ocean training (application in the real ocean), basics of compass navigation, depth management, safety stops, basic etiquette for ecological observation and the mindset for environmental conservation.
