〜SUP体験の流れ〜
Step0：開始10分前に来て、着替えや手続きをします
Step1：準備体操をしっかりやります
Step2：陸で道具の使い方、パドルの漕ぎ方、水に落ちたときの対処法などを説明
Step3：まずは座った状態で海に漕ぎ出します
Step4：パドルの使い方をつかみ、ターンやストップなどやってみます
Step5：慣れてきたら今度は立つためのレクチャー
Step6：立ち漕ぎでSUPならではの体幹を感じてください
Step7：浅茅湾での海上散歩へLet's GO！
複雑な入り江と無数の島々が織りなす典型的なリアス式海岸が特徴的な風光明媚な海域・・・
