はじめての方でも安心！ルール説明や注意してほしいこと、登り方などの基本をインストラクターがしっかりレクチャーさせていただきますのでご安心ください♪

・当日の流れ
①受付（利用規約のご確認、お名前、ご住所等の記入をお願いいたします）
②準備と着替えが終わったら基本の説明タイム
③知恵と体力を発揮してボルダリングに挑戦してみよう！
