Enjoy SUP "empty-handed" at Tenjinhama Auto Campsite (Lake Inawashiro), which has a great view of Mt. Bandai and facilities such as showers and toilets! Beginners and families with children are welcome ♫ This is a beginner's experience course for SUP that can be enjoyed safely even if it is your first time at marine sports! Since it is a large board with buoyancy, even beginners can easily paddle out onto the lake in no time. SUP on the lake is safe because there are almost no waves compared to the ocean ♫ You can enjoy SUP, which has been a huge boom worldwide in recent years, for 1.5 hours! ■ Facilities are managed so that women can wake up safely, such as changing rooms, toilets, showers, and hair dryers! ■ You can experience SUP Yoga during day camps and camping at Tenjinhama Auto Campsite. ■ Photo data will be given as a gift ★ In this experience, the instructor will explain the terrain and equipment before going out on the lake, and will thoroughly explain basic movements such as how to hold the paddle, how to paddle, go straight, and change direction. Safety is the first priority, and we will provide friendly and careful instruction, so you can learn how to operate SUP while having fun ♪

A lecture by an instructor who has completed a SUP instructor training course!

We will give a lecture according to the level of the experiencer. We will give a lecture on the beach and teach you how to use and ride the board. After that, I will go out to the lake and practice rowing. Even for the first time, you will be able to stand and row ♫
