[Overview] Learn traditional Tokamachi cuisine from local mothers. Let's enjoy not only cooking but also harvesting and procuring ingredients, and enjoy a feast using fresh ingredients! [Flow of the day] At 9:00 in the morning, we will meet with the tour conductor and local mother at a designated place in Tokamachi city. Then, head to the local field or the direct sales office of freshly picked vegetables to procure the fresh ingredients to be used today. After procuring the ingredients, we will move to the cooking venue and cook while being taught by the instructor's mother. The menu is basically 3 side dishes + rice + miso soup. Because we use seasonal ingredients, we can enjoy the menu until the day of the event ♪ Also, you can rest assured that the recipe will be included so that you can make it at home when you return home. When the cooking is complete, let's enjoy the cooking while chatting with the teacher's mother! (* Please note that the response may change due to new virus countermeasures.)
