Plan description

Take Japanese traditional fermented food “miso” from ingredients and take it home! The handmade miso is delicious and delicious!

The ingredients needed to make miso are very simple.
We carefully selected rice bran fermented with Japanese soybeans and salt and rice from Nara Prefecture "Hinohikari". We will finish rice for this day, so make a reservation as soon as possible! Each participant will take 1kg miso (with storage container). Miso is, will be fermented at home, about half Year to complete after so stay tuned!
