Matcha tea ice cream · Matcha Shiramadai dumpling · Matcha greens Manju is handmade, further cooked in grain, whisking of powdered tea cream, grinding of green tea stone sauce.
And we sweetened it on parfait glasses and enjoyed freshly made! (It will be a sharing work with the group.)
※ Experience start time is from 9:30 to 15:30 at any time.
※ for the convenience of your preparation, before Sun of up to 12 o'clock Reservation reception will be.
(1) Making red bean paste: Boil azuki beans → cut astringent and cook without burning. (2) Making matcha shiratama-ko: Add water to shiratama-ko, knead and boil. Then let it cool. (3) Making matcha raw bun manju: Add matcha to the raw bun dough and knead. Wrap the bean paste and steam it.
(4) Making green tea ice cream: Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Cool the bowl, and when it hardens, mix it several times. (5) Making matcha agar: Add water, sugar, and matcha to the agar, mix, and boil to dissolve. Put it in a sink, cool it, harden it, and cut it into pieces.
Grind matcha with a stone mill to make matcha whipped cream, and serve it in a parfait glass together with the matcha confectionery made in (1) to (5). Please enjoy the freshly made "Matcha Parfait" while it is cold! * Rather than creating all the processes alone, it will be a collaborative work in a group.
