美しい指先にも意識するのはマーメイドだから。所作も美しくなる特別メソッドをお伝えします。
普段使わない筋肉をしっかりと鍛え、体幹を鍛えることで、美しい姿勢、歩き方を伝授します。

マーメイド初体験させていただきました。
衣装選びから始まり、さまざまなポージング、腹筋を意識したボディーワークはとても楽しいひと時でした。
カメラマンの方に撮影していただく時は、表情など難しかったのですが、普段とは違う自分を楽しみながら、とても良い経験をさせていただきました。
素敵な雰囲気の中、あっと言う間でしたが、参加してほんとに良かったです。
