This is an experience plan where you can touch a Japanese sword in a real martial arts dojo and learn martial arts. You can participate with peace of mind as you will be safely and carefully instructed by a qualified practitioner of the Yushin-ryu sword technique of the Koryu Iaido Dojo. The "Armored Warrior/Warrior" course will be an experience in which you will wear the martial arts uniform provided by our facility. (For women, we also have feminine kimonos like the one in the photo♪) You will wear our "armor". We also have a "tachi" sword for the armor, which will make your photos and videos look even better! If you wish, you can practice swinging and test cutting while wearing the "armor". You will experience the "swordsmanship", "iaido", "standing and maneuvering" and "test cutting" of the Yushin-ryu sword technique. Please enjoy the real SAMURAI that you can never experience anywhere else! <Experience on the day of the plan> ・Greetings (brief self-introduction), instruction on points to note during the experience, etc. ・Samurai altar greeting ・Bending and stretching exercises ・Instruction on proper manners ⇨ Watch the head of the family demonstrate his kata ⇨ Watch a high-ranking swordsman perform straw cutting ・Experience wearing armor ・Match experience with a high-ranking swordman *The match experience is a 3-minute mock battle while wearing armor ・Experience caring for a real sword ・Finally, a trip to the sword shop to view the swords Total time: approximately 60-80 minutes
It is safe to receive guidance from a stepped person. We will give due consideration to safety, so please follow the instructions of the instructor and act accordingly. We will also teach you how to handle Japanese swords. Please enjoy Japanese culture firmly! !!
Half of the participants are women, as long as they have the power to wield a Japanese sword ♪
You can wear a "jinbaori" (a traditional Japanese coat) as an option. (You can apply on the day of the experience.)

There is no private parking lot, so please use a nearby coin parking lot.
Approximately 15 minutes walk from JR/Keihan "Kyobashi Station". Kyobashi Station is approximately 40 minutes from Kyoto by Keihan train, and approximately 30-40 minutes by JR from Kobe or Nara. You can also come from Noeuchishiro Station on the Osaka Municipal Subway Tanimachi Line.
