Plan description

"Yu Kobo" has six classrooms in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka. Our friendly and professional staff will help you at your own pace. ☆This is a painting course where you paint pictures and letters on the finished unglazed clay with a brush. ① 2 small teacups ② 1 bowl ③ 1 mug ④ 1 bear-shaped "Taimon-kun cup" (+660 yen tax included) ⑤ 1 cat-shaped "Merumon-chan cup" (+660 yen tax included) You can choose one of the following and paint it. ☆You can use two calm colors of underpainting, brown and navy blue. We also have eight colors of paint available as an option. ☆You can also paint colorfully. ☆The finished work will be kept and fired, so it will be handed over about one to one and a half months after the experience date. ☆If you have any concerns about the production of the work, please feel free to contact us.

You can freely paint on the unglazed dough of your favorite vessel to create your own vessel. At Yu Kobo, all ceramic works are fired by reduction roasting (Ibushi-yaki), which creates a tasteful kiln change. You can choose from three glazes carefully selected by Yu Kobo to determine the color of the vessel. The finished pottery is a natural-colored Japanese pottery craft that makes the ingredients shine ☆

Experience courses are diverse ☆

In addition to ceramics, each classroom of Yu Kobo is accepting reservations for Iloilo experience courses such as silver accessories, glass crafts, leather crafts, etc. ☆ There is also a member course, and you can also participate in hole kiln firing ☆
