With an experience of about 2 hours, you will make two kinds of deco rolls. In this plan we will make deco rolls of animals and flowers.
A cute sushi roll with a handle that can be cut like a Kintaro chopsticks. Originally Chiba Prefecture Yamatake Region It has been passed down from mother to child as a regional cuisine of Locally called "festival sushi" etc., it has been made as a feast for ceremonial occasions. We arrange sushi in a contemporary style, and introduce rolled sushi that has been decorated with original techniques to traditional patterns as "deco-zushi" or "deco-roll-zushi".
