This is a soba making experience that is taught directly by a soba craftsman.
It will guide you carefully, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind from small children to adult. Soba soba can be eaten on the spot or taken home.
Try to knead, stretch, or slicing with a special knife, and experience the fun work.

Soba making beginners can rest assured that they will be instructed by a soba making craftsman. Mix flour and buckwheat flour 2 to 8 and enjoy the soba making experience using a special stick. Knead, roll, stretch the dough, and cut it with a knife to finish! You can enjoy it on the spot.

You can enjoy delicious soba because it uses underground water from the Northern Alps.

Azumino spreads out at the foot of the Northern Alps. It is an experience of making soba noodles using underground water that flows through mountains and forests with clear air.
