It is a buckwheat noodle experience that the buckwheat craftsman gives you direct. Because it will politely, you can relax and enjoy from small children to adults. You can eat boked soba on the spot and you can take it home. Please knead, stretch it, cut it thin with a kitchen knife, try experiencing fun.
