Snowshoe / snow trekking is trekking on snow using a special item (snowshoe). Even fluffy fresh snow, which is difficult to go as you wish, can be easily walked by wearing snowshoes. Roads that cannot be stepped on in the summer and are overgrown with streams and trees turn into a world of silver in the snow-covered winter. Enjoy various snow play events such as "animal tracking", "snow lunch", "snow cave making", "snow slide", "dive to fresh snow" to explore the footprints of animals left on the snow. I can. No special skills or physical strength are required, so even inexperienced people, women and children can easily enjoy it.
There are two courses (Oyaku Cave Course and Ichino Kurasawa Course) for one-day tours of Jug Sports. When selecting a course for a one-day snowshoe tour on the day, the guide in charge of the tour selects the course on the morning of the day in consideration of snow conditions and weather. We want participants to experience the joy of stepping on fresh snow with snowshoes, so taking a course with fresh snow is one of the selection criteria. If you have a desired course, please feel free to contact us.
Minakami Town, Gunma Prefecture, a snowy country surrounded by mountains, has abundant courses. Jug Sports carefully selects and holds tours of many snowshoe courses. The point of choosing a course is that it is visually enjoyable and you can enjoy adventure with snowshoes! Don't you think snowshoes are "just walking"? … When you take a snowshoe tour of Jug Sports you will find it a big mistake. At Jug Sports, everyone is actively enjoying the adventure experience, such as downhill snowshoes running down the snow, snowshoeing with a mobile sled, and snow jumping into the snow.
There is a free pick-up service from "Nearest Station" and "Mizukami Onsen Accommodations (limited to within a 15-minute drive from Jug Sports)". (* Reservation required) If you wish to pick up and drop off at the station / accommodation, please indicate so when you apply.

大幽洞窟・氷筍（ｵｵﾕｳ・ﾋｮｳｼﾞｭﾝ）・１日コース 体力：ハイキングレベル 景色：GOOD スノースレッド：〇 スノーシューダウンヒル：〇 スノーダイブ：〇 ジャグスポーツでは、一番人気のあるスノーシューコースです。雪質GOOD、氷筍、スノースレッド（お尻滑り）のロングスライダー、ダウンヒルスノーシューで遊ぶこともでき、地形が変化にとんでいて、スノーシュー愛好家も満足できるコースです。 【大幽の氷筍】ヤツカハギ（神獣）が住んでいたとの伝説が残るこの洞窟は、神秘的な光景が洞内に広がる。 洞内いっぱいに広がる、下から成長する氷筍は、先端は太く根本は細く、水晶のように透明、どのような過程でこのような形になったか。氷筍は、天井から少しずつ滴り落ちた雫が瞬時に凍って形成される、ほぼ完全な単結晶の逆さの氷柱である。タケノコ（筍）のような形状をしていることからこの名で呼ばれる。 マイナス３℃程度の洞窟内で発生する。大幽の氷筍の大きさは、最大７０ｃｍ。 （写真＝さまざまな条件が偶然重なりあって形成する氷筍）
一の倉沢・１日コース 体力：ハイキングレベル 景色：GOOD スノースレッド：〇 スノーシューダウンヒル：△ スノーダイブ：〇 一の倉沢の雪壁を鑑賞するコース。岩壁の落差は、およそ１０００ｍ。目の前にドッーンとそそり立つ岩壁群は圧巻の一言！剣岳、穂高岳とともに、日本三大岩場のひとつに数えられています。３月の晴れた日には、エキスパートクライマー達が岩壁にチャレンジしている様子をみられるときがあります。歩くコースは、土合より、湯檜曽川沿いをたどり、一の倉沢出合までを往復する。高低差はほとんどなく、スノーシュー入門コース。途中から、谷川連峰や白毛門の山々に囲まれていることに気づきます。眺望がすばらしい！眺望を楽しむコースなので、晴れた日に行きたい。
雪遊び満載のアクティブ・スノーシューツアー ジャグスポーツのスノーシューツアーは全身を動かして雪と遊ぶアクティブな内容！ふかふかの雪へダイブしたり、雪上斜面があれば駆け下りてみたり！一面の銀世界でドキドキワクワクしながら雪遊びを楽しめます！ 下山時は、携帯そり（スノースレッド）で参加者みんなスノースレッダーに！

●1日コース概要：
『大幽洞窟コース』をはじめ、時期やコース状況を考慮し、ベストコースをガイドが選択しツアーを開催致します。
◇大幽洞窟コース（1月〜3月末）
下から伸びる不思議なツララ、『氷筍』を見に行くコースです。帰りの下山時はソリ遊びが楽しい！
◇一の倉沢コース（1月〜3月末）
日本三大岩場『一の倉沢の大岩壁』を見に行くコース。アップダウンが少なく、谷川岳山麓を見渡せます。
ツアースタート
●以下スケジュールは、『大幽洞窟コース』の参照例です。
準備運動のあと、出発です。
アクティブ・スノーシューが売りのジャグスポーツですが、『歩きのスピードは、のんびり』です。 みなさんと普通に会話できるスピードです！
大幽洞窟コースは、登りがあるコースです。ゆっくり歩きましょう。
ツアーでは、野生動物のフィールドサインや冬芽の観察などのネイチャートークもありますが、ジャグスポーツのツアーは、アクティブが売りです！
ツアー１
アクティブに遊べないか、ガイドはグッドスポットを探しながら歩きます。
★ダウンヒルスノーシュー
パウダーでジューシーな斜面発見！！
ヨーイドンの合図で、『駆け下りろ〜』
到着＆ランチ
12:30頃に大幽洞窟に到着です。
写真の後ろにある巨大つららは、入口です。この後、スノーシューを脱いで、洞窟のなかに入っていきます。そこには、下から伸びる不思議つらら「氷筍」があります。
氷筍を鑑賞後は、お昼休憩です。
おにぎりやサンドイッチなど、各自ご用意ください。チョコレートやアメなど、お菓子も持ってきましょう。
氷筍とは
氷筍とは、氷筍（ひょうじゅん）とは、洞窟に発生する逆さの氷柱である。−3℃程度の洞窟内で発生し、上から滴り落ちた雫が瞬時に凍りついたもので、タケノコ（筍）のような形状をしていることからこの名で呼ばれる。
形成過程は鍾乳洞の石筍と似ている。
ツアー３
下山時は、スノースレッドをつかいます。
日本語で、「雪そり」のことです。
これで滑って帰ると、下山時間は、一気ですよ。一気！

スノースレッドの使い方は、こんなかんじです。
上手く滑るコツは、腹筋！
雪面への接点を、いかにソリだけにするかがポイント。滑ってる最中は、足を上げるべし。ゆえの腹筋！

★ジャンプロック
高いところあれば、飛ぶ！
これもジャグスポーツ的スノーシューツアー。
ツアー６
★パウダーふかふかダイビング
ゴール地点の雪原かや場に到着。
ここは、一面真っ白な雪原になっています。
参加者の8割は、これがしたくて参加するというくらい、みんながやる恒例行事。
ゴール ゴール地点着、専用車にてジャグスポーツに移動
解散
ジャグスポーツにて
道具を返却して、着替え。
解散になります。
