土曜日の午前中に妻と二人で参加しました。
たまたま我々二人だけのツアーで、こちらの昼ごはんの都合(希望)に沿ったルートでご案内いただきました。
まるまる三時間でしたが、あっという間のツアーでした。
そんなに成田空港は利用経験ありませんが、本来ならフライト予定のターミナルのみで過ごすところ、3つのターミナルを横移動して普段は気にしないようなポイントを案内され、とてもよい体験ができました。
案内されながら周りの旅行客の楽しそうな笑顔を見て、久しぶりに海外旅行もいいなと思えるよい時間でした。
違うコースもあるようなので、また利用させていただきます。

業務上、必要なスキルだったので、書籍で勉強したうえで参加しました！元々大方知識があった方だったので、スライドで説明を聞くというよりは、具体的に知りたいことなどを深堀していくスタイルがメインとなりましたが、その分、まだ着手できていない領域部分にフォーカスしてみっちりお話を聞いていただきました。自分の携わっているエリアに対しての情報を交えつつ、最近のOTA事情を学ばせていただきました。早速業務に生かせそうなことまで教えていただき、ありがとうございました！

貴重な体験をありがとうございました
成田あたりで半日楽しめる何かを探していたところ、偶然見つけたツアーでしたが、期待通り成田空港の知らない世界を体験できました。
滑走路の下にあるトンネルや廃駅など正に非日常の異空間。旅行以外で立ち寄る空港も考えてみれば初めてで、もっと色々知りたく、他のツアーにも是非参加してみたいと思いました。ありがとうございました。
