事前に動画を見てからの参加でしたが、やる方が100倍良かったです。
また、主催者の方がレベルに合わせて進行してくれましたのでとても安心できました。

川の流れなどは小学生もいて少し不安でしたが、お頭さんが確りサポート下さったので安心でした。

着替えに多少時間がかかるので、早めに着いてゆっくり準備されることをオススメします。
