Ushio no Mori is reusing the former Ushio Elementary School (closed) in Futo, Nichinan City, Miyazaki, to provide a place for "community interaction." Our natural education programs utilize the natural environment to stimulate the wild instincts that humans naturally possess, to help children discover a new self, improve self-esteem, independence, imagination, and cooperation, and to teach children gratitude, compassion, and morality.
As part of our efforts in the local community, we are offering workshops and other events, and are preparing to allow specialists in a variety of fields, including music, dance, sports, English conversation, needlework, driftwood art, flower arranging, cooking classes, and local crafts, to use the facility's classrooms, gymnasium, and playground as schools for their specialized fields.
We will cooperate with you according to your requests based on the purpose and theme of various training, inspections, and educational trips. For example, in educational company trips, we will carry out various activities in teams in nature, which we believe will help train the mental side as well as the ability to achieve goals.
