運動が苦手なので上手くペダルSUPを乗りこなせるかドキドキしていましたが、すぐに慣れてコツをつかむことができて楽しみながら体験できました！

大人2人、子供3人、4人乗りペダルボートを体験しました。
スタッフの方が大変親切で、小さい子供(4才)がいても安心して楽しめました。
ペダルをこいで進みますが、思っていたより力を使わなくてもすいすい進んでいくので、周りの景色を眺めたり、会話を楽しむことに集中できます。
湖の中に足をつけることも可能ですし、席から離れて水面を覗き込むこともでき、大きなクラゲを見つけたり、約1時間でしたが値段以上の素晴らしい体験ができました。

比較的風もなく波が静かな午前中がおすすめです。
落水することもないと思うので、水着着用も必要ないかなと思います。
ホテルリステル浜名湖さんの温泉も利用できるので、楽しんだあとはゆっくり温泉に浸かってサッパリ。
十分楽しめて大満足です。
説明に無駄がなくすぐに始められた上、1時間たっぷり遊べたのが良かったです。
また、防水携帯ケース、冷却用タオルの用意があったのも良かったです。
湖上で飲めるようにとドリンクをクーラーボックスに入れて持たせてくれたのですが、氷まで用意してありました。
天気が良くとても暑かったので、すごく助かりました。
