It is a blown glass studio in Nakano-ku, Tokyo! We are conducting blowing glass experience and glass decoration experience near JR Nakano Station & Arai Yakushi.
It was such an enjoyable experience. The instructor was very kind and explained the process as we went along. I was able to do different parts of the process and he helped in every step and was very encouraging. I highly recommend!
We thought it would be a fun activity to try, but we assumed that all we would produce would be amateurish first attempts. Instead we were guided by our host to each create a unique, beautiful and useful piece in the shape, design, pattern and colour of our choice. It was an extremely hot afternoon so not ideal conditions for being in a room with several furnaces, but in spite of this we had a wonderful time. Perfect for a rainy day.

Toshi was an excellent teacher and very helpful in he entire process. From choosing our design and colors to explaining what we were going to do and then helping to make the shape and design that we intended. Looking forward to receiving our completed piece in a week or so, as the glass needs to cool properly over several days. Highly recommended activity.

[Blowing glass experience] is a glass blowing experience that even beginners can participate in. Carefully blow hot glass to create your very own piece of glass. Arrange from the basic shape, add a handle, add bubbles, add color... Our craftsmen will help you as much as possible with the image in your head of "I want to do this" and "I want to do it".
[Glass decoration experience] is now available! Decorate your favorite initials on the glass in the workshop shop, and paste sparkling Swarovski (including Kiwa Crystal) with your own design. It's full of luxury, so it's also perfect for gifts. Couples can make initial glasses for each other, or make whiskey glasses that make evening drinks more elegant. You can take the finished work home on the day! ★Can be washed and used normally★
Next to the blown glass studio, the shop opens! Seasonal glass works and hand-made glass are available. There are also rare works that combine glass lamps, glass shell vessels, and natural stones and glass. Please come and visit us.
