Today, you too are a master of buckwheat noodles! Beat 500g of buckwheat noodles at a time. (300g for dwarfs) You can take the beaten soba home with you. Please bring a take-out container. (Large ones !!) I think it would be good to have an apron and a towel for wiping your hands. Even beginners will teach carefully.
