Located in the northern part of Numata City, Gunma Prefecture, "Tamahara Kogen" is known as one of the leading beech forests in the Kanto region. In May 2018, Nikkei Plus One's "10 Best Beech Forests to Take a Walk in the Fresh Green Shining Forest Dam" ranked the Tambara Highlands in second place after the Shirakami Mountains, a World Natural Heritage Site. This is because the beech forest, which is close to the primeval forest, spreads out in a plateau that is easy to walk, coupled with the easy access from the metropolitan area. Our company was established in 2018 to convey the true goodness of the beech forest, centered on local members who have been active in the beech forest for many years. We will guide you through the rich beech forest, which we call "Forest Museum Tamahara", with the importance of feeling / impressing nature.

The local members who have been involved in the activities of protecting and communicating nature to people in the Tambara Highlands for nearly 30 years are more familiar with the nature of the Tambara Highlands than anyone else.
