It is the 108th year since the company was founded in 1918, when it was founded by a wholesaler selling rice and fertilizers and a sake manufacturing industry. Since its founding, it has continued to create the representative brand "Harushin" and became a company in 1955. However, in 1996, the management changed due to poor management, and it became Kinmon Sake Brewery. After that, Mr. Hirotsune Nishide, who is the current Mr. Mori Kuramoto, started from his childhood experience and longing for sake brewing, and from Mr. Noto Mori and Mr. Naohiko Noguchi of "modern master craftsmen" at Kano Sake Brewery in Kaga City. After learning sake brewing, I bought back Nishide Sake Brewery and became a limited liability company Nishide Sake Brewery in 2014. Currently, it is a complete family production, and we are mainly producing sake in small quantities, sticking to each ingredient, yeast, and manufacturing method. We are particular about steaming rice with a wooden tub (koshiki, steamer), which is now scarce, and from this season we will also try to prepare with a wooden tub. In addition to offering brewery information and tasting sales at shops as a tourist sake brewery, we also open a "Cafe Gururi" on Saturdays to brew Japanese sake without being bound by the framework.
