Pursuing the ultimate local sake brewing! I want to make a local sake that can only be made at my house, so I'm very particular about the ingredients such as rice, yeast, and water. The sake produced by Nishide Sake Brewery is the result of extraordinary efforts, such as sending young carpenters to other regions to train them. In this program, you can observe and listen to the brewing process and the attention to ingredients, and also experience tasting and comparing sake that can be said to be the fruit of the process (for a fee). *For foreign nationals: Information on the day will be in Japanese only.

Learn about the sake brewing of a three-legged race with a farmer who is particular about the taste of Komatsu

Nishide Sake Brewery uses rice that is pesticide-free and organically grown to have the "taste of the land" to make sake, which makes it more "springy" and expresses sake that can only be made here. increase. We also visit the rice fields where the raw material rice grows, determine the taste while looking at the characteristics of the rice of the year, and make a special sake that preserves the taste of the brewery.
